Country Traditions on Destination Radio

Country Traditions was honored to be featured on Destination Radio on Sirius XM Station 147 as a part of Nebraska Nice feature.  Nebraska Nice campaign focuses on tourism throughout Nebraska. 

Jill Thomas is the host of Destination Radio.  The first segment Jill talked to the International Quilt Study Center & Museum.  They spoke about different exhibits that could be seen and different programs being taught at the UNL. Jill then talked with Leslie, Kevin, and Stacie about events and happenings going on at Country Traditions. Downtown Fremont Business Showcased

We are very excited to have 10/11 KOLN/KGIN Pure Nebraska morning show come visit Fremont's historical downtown.  Pure Nebraska is a morning show on 10/11 KOLN/KGIN.  Fremont MainStreet organization welcomed Jon and Taryn Vanderford, the hosts of Pure Nebraska to talk about small businesses in Nebraska.

Local Veteran Honored

Country Traditions quilters and staff pieced together beautiful blocks to create wonderful Quilt of Valor quilt. Local Veteran, Fred Newill, was honored for his bravery and service in the United States Marines on Tuesday, November 10th, 2015.  The November 10th was the 240th birthday of the US Marine Corp.

Nebraska Passport announces 2014 Featured Stops

Country Traditions has been chosen as one of the 80 stops on the 2014 Nebraska Tourism Commission Passport Program!

The Passport program encourages travelers to explore Nebraska, collect stamps from participating attraction, and earn great prizes.  It's like shop hop with a broader focus.  The 2014 Passport will feature 80 attractions on 10 themed tours.  Travelers have from May 1 through September 30 to visit attractions and redeem their stamps for prizes.  So, how about a little adventure...pick up your Passport at Country Traditions and start exploring the great state we live in.
